In FY11, we continued to invest significantly in our people, and we are pleased to see it’s having an impact on our people scores in our firmwide Pulse Survey.
 
 
In FY11, we continued to invest significantly in our people, and we are pleased to see it’s having an impact on our people scores in our firmwide Pulse Survey results. We continued to offer 12 weeks of purchased paid additional leave and since 1 July 2010, 18 weeks of paid parental leave.
